It Project Lead And Enterprise Architect

As an IT Project Lead and Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for the long-term information system architecture, leading projects to realize this architecture, and creating immediate business value by evolving current information systems. You will also design business value streams to identify business capabilities.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the business in building a vision and defining the path to reach strategic targets; translate business strategies into actionable IT recommendations.
2. Align strategic objectives and tactical requests to ensure high agility and rapid delivery in the information system.
3. Stay informed about emerging technologies, evaluate them, and perform proofs of concept; drive adoption of new technologies and products.
4. Design and implement cloud architecture that supports business needs with flexibility, scalability, and sustainability.
5. Coordinate integration projects across current and future business applications with internal and external partners worldwide.
6. Facilitate cultural change within the Group, bridging the gap between the target and current cultural states.
7. Experience with Shopify and Netsuite is advantageous.
8. Ongoing certifications or diplomas in technology or related fields are a plus.
9. Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT design and implementation.
10. Proven ability to analyze business and technical needs.
11. Skills in business modeling, solution shaping, and problem-solving.
12. Excellent project management capabilities.
13. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
14. Ability to manage internal stakeholders and external providers.
15. Ability to work independently in an organized and efficient manner.
16. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
