Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Financials Credit Trader to join its expanding trading team in Zurich. Responsibilities:

As the sole AT1 trader on the desk, you will:

• Run the AT1 trading book, leveraging your expertise and market relationships.
• Operate within a market-making framework, contributing to liquidity provision and client engagement.
• Collaborate with a desk analyst who is dedicated to AT1 research and a team of seasoned traders across Zurich and Asia.
• Benefit from a broad mandate, strong risk appetite, and the freedom to shape your trading strategy.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of experience in credit trading, with 5+ years focused on Financials.
• Background in sell-side or ex-sell-side trading.
• Proven success in AT1 instruments and a passion for credit markets.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach.
• EU citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit is essential.
