For our dynamic and international team in the Systems & Infrastructure division, we are looking for a motivated:

Senior Network Operations Engineer

As a Senior Network Operations Engineer, you support and maintain our network infrastructure, manage implementation of network concepts, and handle requests coming from the business.

Profile

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Monitoring and operating servers and network infrastructure in our Data Centers
• Providing 2nd & 3rd level network support to companies and divisions in and outside of Switzerland
• Implementing new LAN and WAN infrastructure in collaboration with the engineering department
• Monitoring of the LAN and WAN infrastructure
• Consulting IT Managers about our network services

Professional requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in IT Support
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• Cisco CCNA Certification, any other certification is an asset
• Autonomous and a team player
• Stress resilient
• Diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable with operational routine work
