Job Description: Sales Associate at Claire's

As a Sales Associate at Claire's, you will be responsible for:

1. Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
2. Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
3. Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
4. Demonstrating Claire's products.
5. Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
6. Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
7. Ear piercing (full training provided).
8. Maintaining a presentable and inviting store environment.

About You

• Some high school education required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding of customer service importance.
• Strong reading comprehension and mathematical understanding.
• Ability to stand during shifts.
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally.
• Capability to perform bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, and step stools.
• Ability to operate POS systems.
