YOUR CHALLENGECoordinate and implement IT governance and regulatory requirements in the IT Operations department
Manage the improvement of the IT operations standards, processes, risks and controls, focusing especially IT service continuity and resilience
Steer and manage the improvement of ITSCM concepts, recovery plans and the overall planning/execution of recovery tests
Drive IT service and regulatory reporting, orchestrate functional alignment meetings internationally
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the financial industry
Strong experience in IT Service Management, IT Governance, and IT Service Continuity Management
Very familiar with ITIL and/or COBIT frameworks
Strong communication skills in English; German is advantageous
Sound knowledge of tools like Jira, Tableau, and MS Office
Good understanding of the banking IT application landscape
Systematic, disciplined, and accurate team player
Project management experience in IT
IT infrastructure engineering method competencies
