We are hiring anexperienced and highly detail-oriented Mobile Home Title Specialistto manage all aspects of mobile home title work across multiple states, with a focus on Florida. This is aremote, production-based roleoffering attractive income potential for a self-motivated professional. You must already have extensive experience handling mobile home titles. This isnot a training role—we need someone who can hit the ground running with deep knowledge of DMV and housing authority processes.

This position isproduction-based pay - the more titles you successfully process, the more you earn. High performers can expect excellent income potential.

This is a remote position that needs to be in the Tampa / Bradenton region for occasional in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Handletitle transfers,dealer purchases/sales,abandoned titles,duplicate titles, andhome relocationsacross Florida and other states.
• Prepare and submit all paperwork required by each state’s DMV or equivalent agency.
• Ensure compliance withstate-specific mobile home title laws and regulations.
• Track and follow up on all title applications, corrections, and ownership disputes.
• Maintain accurate internal records of each title status and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Liaise with state agencies, buyers, sellers, and internal team members to resolve any title-related issues.
• Stay current with any legislative or regulatory changes that affect mobile home titling in the states we operate.

• 5+ years of experienceworking specifically withmobile home titles(not general vehicle titles or real estate).
• Demonstrated expertise in navigating Florida DMV processes for mobile/manufactured homes.
• Experience with title procedures in other states is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding ofabandoned home procedures,dealer laws, andtitle problem resolution.
• Exceptionallydetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage high-volume workflows under tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently and deliver results in a remote environment.
• Must be aself-starterwho thrives on performance-based compensation.
