Your Responsibilities:

• Develop Mobile Applications: Build, optimize, and maintain Flutter-based mobile apps with a focus on seamless cross-platform compatibility, high performance, and robust UI/UX design.
• API Integration: Demonstrated experience developing and integrating APIs to connect with third-party services, ensuring secure and efficient data handling.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure scalability, stability, and efficiency across applications to deliver a world-class user experience.
• Collaborative Development: Work very closely with product management to align technical solutions with business goals and user needs.
• Processes and Documentation: Propose new processes, produce and maintain top-notch documentation.
• With your many years of experience, you're able to act as a technical leader and bring a digital product to the next level.
• Identify and propose strategic opportunities to improve the product long-term.
• This role requires technical leadership skills.

Your Qualifications:

• Work Experience: You have around 8+ years of experience in a similar role with a demonstrated history of success.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Flutter, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Firebase.
• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and multitasking skills with the ability to solve complex development challenges.
• Leadership and mentoring: Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineer.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Above average presentation skills are a strong plus.
• Language: English (C1 and above) as a must, other languages beneficial.

Strong plus: Working knowledge of Web3 and experience with AR projects. Experience as Lead engineer in a Startup or fast-paced environment.
