Manager IT Business Analysis

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business, IT, & external parties to deliver business value
• Support the development of digital roadmaps that reflect the business vision, strategy, and priorities
• Translate the digital roadmap into manageable and prioritized initiatives
• Employ analytical reasoning and systems thinking to connect the dots within business problems, processes, and initiatives
• Manage the delivery of enhancements and initiatives, from shaping the demand, requirements engineering, cross functional impact analysis, benefits identification, developing strong business cases, to successfully leading them through the stage gates till implementation and closure
• Deliver optimized and improved business processes enabled by technology
• Market our existing solutions to maximize IT assets deployed in enabling business processes
• Manage a team of Business Analysts and their delivery of initiatives
• Standardize the approach to business analysis, build up competencies in the team and in its delivery of work products

Your Profile

• Collaborative with a positive attitude and enjoy working across teams
• Strong leader who is able to engage with senior management as well as going into details with the team
• Strategic mindset and curious about technology trends and innovation
• You have set up new teams and developed competencies in people in this area.
• Experience in working in and/or setting up Digital Product Management and/or Process Management teams
• Track record in working in several enterprise projects especially ones that involve systems such as SAP
• Wore different hats in prior roles such as Project Manager, IT Business Analyst
• A leader, but also a team member that shares some of the responsibilities along with the team
• Customer focused and outcome driven
• Relevant industry experience that helps you relate to our business quickly (e.g., industries with physical products such as in MRO, Manufacturing, Supply chain etc.)
