Director IT and Engineering

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
2. Plan IT systems to support this vision, including crafting system architecture (multiple systems and interfaces).
3. Ensure systems are secure and reliable, overseeing the Cyber Security program.
4. Establish and enforce cybersecurity standards, review and update cybersecurity incident response policies and procedures.
5. Coordinate and negotiate policy and practices related to IT and cybersecurity.
6. Manage the annual IT budget and investments.
7. Ensure proper reporting to stakeholders, including the audit committee.

Profile :

• MSc in IT or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT leadership roles.
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems, networks, security, systems administration, databases, and data storage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
