About The Opportunity

• Outlier seeks exceptional front-end developers and designers to help train generative AI models.
• This freelance, fully remote role offers flexible hours—work whenever it suits you.

Your Contributions

• Creating and answering questions about front-end development and web design to assist AI training
• Reviewing and evaluating AI-generated code in JavaScript, React, and other frameworks
• Assessing UI/UX quality, accessibility, and design choices in AI-generated code
• Providing expert feedback on UI/UX and code quality to ensure intuitive, functional, and aesthetic interfaces

Candidate Requirements

• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Next.js, Vue, or similar
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and interaction patterns
• Experience building polished, accessible, and production-ready web interfaces
• A background in computer science, web development, or digital design (degree not mandatory with exceptional experience)
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication about visual and code quality

Payment Details

• Core project work pays up to USD $30/hour, with rates varying based on expertise, location, and project specifics
• Higher rates may be offered to PhDs; lower rates may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Incentive payments are possible. Review specific project payment terms for details.
