What to Expect
As a Corporate Specialist, you will collaborate with regional directors to expand and ensure the success of our field organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking responsibility for the commercial property insurance business in your area, managing segments such as motor vehicle, multi-products, technical insurance/transport, group accident, and corporate legal protection.
- Analyzing the regional market and existing customer portfolios to identify new business opportunities and initiate targeted measures.
- Supporting and training agents to enhance their technical and sales knowledge in commercial property insurance.
- Developing sales strategies and supporting agents during on-site sales discussions.
- Serving as a contact person for underwriting and sales support to develop tailored solutions.
- Conducting presentations, training, and visits to continuously develop agents in your area.
What You Bring

- Completed training in insurance or a similar qualification.
- Several years of experience in insurance field sales.
- Strong communication and didactic skills to convey complex technical content understandably.
- Analytical thinking and a goal-oriented work approach to effectively plan and implement business development measures.
- Initiative and a high sense of responsibility, making you a reliable contact for agents and managers.
Additional Information
This position is IDD-relevant, meaning compliance with the Insurance Distribution Directive is required. Upon hiring, we need a declaration of reliability and financial circumstances, and proof of your qualifications, according to §48 VAG.
