SAP PP/EAM Specialist / SAP S/4 HANA (m/f)

Job Description:

• Provide technical guidance to SAP specialists across Asia, USA, and Switzerland, ensuring clear understanding during the transition of requirements, functional specifications, and use cases to developers.
• Design and document solution alternatives that align with local business needs, global templates, and architectural principles, leveraging industry and business best practices.
• Facilitate Fit/Gap and Design workshops, and educate site business colleagues on standardized processes and SAP functions.
• Collaborate with site business colleagues and global process owners to define requirements and use cases for localizations.
• Work with Process, Business Applications, and ICT teams to configure solutions and translate requirements into test conditions for various testing phases.
• Develop functional specifications for configurations, including reports, integrations, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows, and implement them independently or with the team.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, flexible for future enhancements, and upgradable for next-generation solutions.
• Perform functional acceptance testing and collaborate on innovative solutions for the company's future.
• Lead SAP project implementation teams, managing scope, dependencies, risks, and schedules.
• Possess extensive professional experience in SAP, particularly in configuration and customization of SAP S/4HANA modules PP or EAM; knowledge of SAP MM or SD is a plus.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of business processes.
• Showcase networking, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%.
