Your Responsibilities

• Introduction and implementation of IT solutions
• Provision of 2nd- and 3rd-level support for internal and external applications
• Analysis of functionality, provision of interim solutions, and documentation
• Ensure continuous monitoring of application operations
• Support in software implementation and release (specifications, testing, deployment, troubleshooting)
• Data cleaning and maintenance
• Participation in change requests for application development
• Notification of users about disruptions and planned interruptions

Your Skills

• Technical basic education and further training as an FH Application Manager
• Experience with SaaS & PaaS
• Proven experience with ASP.net, vb.Net, MS SQL databases
• Documentation methods and IoT communication
• VMware with Linux applications / SVN repositories
• Excellent German skills, French is an advantage
• Team player with good communication skills
• Independent, structured work style and focused approach
