70-100% (or job sharing), Bern, Zurich, Lausanne and working from home How you make a difference - You shape the strategic direction of sustainability within the Group and refine the double materiality analysis, helping to embed it more in the Group strategy. - Drawing on your expertise, you bolster non-financial performance management and systematically dovetail it with financial controlling. - You ensure sustainability performance is monitored effectively, both internally and externally, and reported on in a transparent manner, from dashboards to annual reporting. - As lead or sparring partner, you spearhead Group-wide sustainability initiatives, ensuring the focus is on impact and execution. - Together with the team, you steer progress towards climate and energy targets and lay the groundwork for sound decisions at the highest level. You come up with concepts and decision-making bases that enable sustainable activities throughout the Group. - In the sustainability team, you position yourself as a committed, strategically minded partner with a pragmatic, far-sighted view. What you have to offer - For this role, you have a higher university degree (Master's, MBA or PhD), ideally focusing on sustainable corporate management, business administration or economics, and majoring in sustainability, or an equivalent qualification. - You have experience in sustainability management, managing non-financial performance, and / or in sustainable strategy / business development. You put your many years of experience, combined with project and transformation expertise, to effective, targeted use, and you drive sustainability in a business context, from the concept itself to execution. - You are familiar with terms such as integrated thinking, double materiality and net zero, and you are able to holistically combine a financial and non-financial perspective. - You are a proficient communicator at all echelons of the organization, whether with technical experts or C-level partners, and you are a highly talented negotiator. - Joined-up thinking, strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a strong, impact-oriented focus on results, are important to us. You thrive on challenge and are passionate about making Swiss Post sustainable. - You have an excellent spoken and written command of German and English. Any other national language is an advantage.
