Your role:

As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces. You will work closely with our UX Designer and software engineers to craft seamless digital experiences, with a major focus on evolving and implementing our Design System while maintaining a consistent visual identity across the platform.

What you’ll do:
  • Design System & Visual Design
  • Rebuild and maintain our Design System in alignment with our evolving visual identity
  • Ensure designs follow best practices in accessibility and inclusive design
  • Create pixel-perfect, responsive UI designs and components in Figma
  • Translate UX wireframes into high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with our UX Designer and Product Managers to bridge the gap between research, interaction design, and visual implementation
  • Partner with frontend developers to ensure smooth design handoff and technical feasibility
  • Actively participate in design reviews, product sessions and iterative feedback loops.
  • Product Design & Usability
  • Design clear and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product by advocating for usability and visual clarity
  • Validate designs through feedback, prototyping, and usability insights
️ What you’ll need:
  • 5+ years of experience in UI Design, ideally in agile product teams
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and component-based design workflows
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining scalable Design Systems
  • Strong understanding of accessibility principles (WCAG) and inclusive design
  • Experience working cross-functionally with UX designers, developers, and product managers
  • A good sense for detail and consistency, with an eye for modern, clean visual design
  • Proficiency in English, German knowledge is nice to have

For roles with higher technical demands, we will invite you to complete a case study or technical assessment. This allows us to better evaluate your specific skills and problem-solving abilities.
