In this challenging position as solution architect, you will represent Digital Business Technology (DBT) in a multidisciplinary team for Tax and Legal Services of our firm. You will be responsible for the architecture, design, and will co-lead the delivery of innovative products leveraging data, process automation and Cloud technologies. Your work will be guided by agile, DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.
Your contribution to KPMG

• Co-Lead a multi-disciplinary team as solution architect to deliver efficiency and innovation-focused solutions for the firm's Tax & Legal business.
• Lead solution design and ensure high-quality service for the Tax & Legal domain products.
• Collaborate with value owners (functional SMEs) and delivery owners (engineering managers) to optimize and improve technology use.
• Assess the current Tax & Legal technology landscape and drive improvements.
• Provide engineering centered design leadership to the value streams of the portfolio, following practices of domain-driven and data-driven design.
• Actively engage in solution design, performance optimization and delivery for business impact by using cloud-native solutions and process automation technologies.

This is what makes you successful

• Experienced Solution Architect with a background in data, analytics, cloud, and automation, ideally within similar industries.
• Knowledgeable in domain-driven design, data management, data privacy, API design, cloud native design and deployment patterns.
• Hands-on experience in Azure Cloud and its components, including Entra ID and VMs (Kubernetes is a plus), to architect and design effective cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with continuous delivery principles and practices to efficiently deliver products and enhance the flow of value.
• Understanding of Azure DevOps, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 (with familiarity in SharePoint Online), Windows Server, and MS SQL.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technology solutions in business or management terms.
• A growth mindset with the ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies, and design practices.
• Good understanding of Tax and Legal business sector, its ecosystem and professional services, is beneficial.
