Our client is a leading manufacturer of custom components for medical devices and other highly specialized applications with a global client base.
The company is now experiencing a phase of growth and development and is seeking a motivated candidate to fill the role of Product Quality Engineer, who will align his personal strengths with the group's common targets.
The position will be a key part of the Engineering, Quality, and Production team, aiming to optimize manufacturing processes and quality assurance for both legacy and next-generation products.

In addition to the requirements below, the ideal candidate is someone highly operative, observing production quality directly in the field as well as through data analysis.
The person we want to meet is capable of establishing a personal power base built on mutual trust, fairness, and honesty, maintaining productive relationships and networks to further the company's interests.
They should be comfortable leading by example, whether on the production floor addressing issues or behind a computer analyzing data.
