Base pay range: CHF125,000.00/yr - CHF135,000.00/yr

Job profile

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with deep technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. You will work with a modern microservices architecture, building scalable backend services using ASP.NET Web API with C#, and frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript. This role is hands-on with a 50/50 frontend-backend focus, suitable for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a dynamic team, and enjoys mentoring.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Collaborate in refinement sessions with product and tech teams.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable web APIs using ASP.NET and microservices principles.
• Develop responsive interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Work with Product Owners to clarify requirements.
• Align feature architecture with the Tech Lead.
• Ensure features meet quality standards with proper testing.
• Support incident response and issue resolution.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and coaching.

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in building secure REST APIs with C#.NET and developing front-end applications with React/JS and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of web architectures, microservices, and cloud design.
• Proven high technical ownership and leadership (20% expected).

Bonus Skills

• Experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Experience in Agile teams and Domain-Driven Design.

Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills

• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership, accountability, proactive problem-solving.
• Languages: English (fluent), German/Swiss-German (fluent), Ukrainian (desired).
