IT Specialist (40% to 60%)

easyReg is looking for a Swiss-based IT Specialist (40% to 60%).

At easyReg, our mission is to simplify working with financial regulations through our e-Reg SaaS RegTech solution. We are seeking a talented IT Specialist to manage, operate, and develop our IT infrastructure.

Your Role :

As IT Specialist, you will:

• Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring it powers the e-Reg solution efficiently and securely.
• Plan, deploy, and manage IT assets while handling day-to-day IT operations.
• Contribute to the development roadmap, shaping data architecture and deploying AI tools, considering best practices.
• Collaborate with remote colleagues and stakeholders to align IT strategies with business goals.
• Enhance the company’s cybersecurity protocols and networking capabilities.

This role is based in our Geneva office and requires Swiss residency.

Key skills and experience include:

• Expertise in Docker and containerized environments.
• Proficiency with Ubuntu and bash scripting for automation.
• Cybersecurity and networking skills.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to translate business needs into IT requirements.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good listening and collaboration skills.

Ideally, candidates also have DevOps experience, knowledge of Java, and Vue.js skills.
