Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Manager (f/m/d) in Villeneuve? We’re looking for you.

Your future role

In Villeneuve, over 250 colleagues from 15 different countries work together to manufacture and maintain multiple units, locomotives, trams, and passenger cars from Switzerland and other European countries. Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets, covering the entire lifecycle from design and build to operation and end of life. Take on a new challenge and apply your managerial expertise in this cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Békir KÖKCÜ, Site Quality Director and work alongside proactive and agile teammates.

You will be the reference for maintenance teams regarding daily technical and process issues, supplier quality issues, and related improvement actions. Your daily tasks include driving the Project team and process owners in Internal Non-Conformity management, contributing to improvement plans, process reviews, and reducing Non-Conformities.

You’ll specifically manage internal quality issues, develop quality control plans for maintenance, equipment overhauls, and procedures based on FMEA and field returns, perform cost of non-quality analysis, and define action plans to reduce costs.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing site industrial quality activities: Budget, People, Process & Performance
  • Leading APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plans for Industrial Quality requirements (Q09 to Q13)
  • Ensuring regular updates of Process FMEA, Control Plans, and Quality Control Plans to achieve Zero Defect objectives, especially for Special Processes
  • Performing analysis at site level to improve Industrial Quality Performance
  • Escalating main anomalies detected on production lines and ensuring effective treatment using problem-solving tools

  • Special Process Qualification at Level 1 according to Quality Academy criteria
  • Knowledge of Quality processes in an industrial environment
  • Fluency in French & English; German is a plus
