The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

• Understand clients' business needs to align IT strategies effectively.
• Create demos for relevant use cases and stay updated on emerging technologies (Cloud, Data Analytics, ML & AI, Process Mining, etc.), assessing their market impact and relevance.
• Facilitate business transformation by leveraging technology and applying agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Manage technology projects, including resource planning and work oversight.
• Assist in IT cost optimization initiatives to improve financial efficiency.
• Participate in assessment, design, and implementation projects, providing support throughout.
• Analyze data to derive insights and recommend strategies.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and senior team members.
• Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Skills and attributes for success

• Passion for Information Technologies, Digital Innovation, and Financial Services.
• Degree in Business Information Technology, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent with a strong tech affinity.
• Fluency in German and English; French and Italian are advantageous.
• Experience in technology consulting or delivery within Financial Services (Banking & Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, Insurance).
• Strong analytical skills and problem structuring abilities.
• Effective communication of complex issues to senior stakeholders.
• Open-minded, motivated team player.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive and ownership.
• High-performance, independent work ethic.
• Coding and prompt engineering skills.
