How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Organisation

  • Coordinate activities related to Security and maintain security management systems in accordance with the Group Security framework.
  • Manage and organize the security management of the sites.
  • Lead the security third-party provider and ensure high-quality security services on site.
  • Create, maintain, and implement consistent security concepts for site operations.
  • Develop and apply a risk assessment approach for site operations.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of Richemont Physical Security directives and minimum standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and establish risk mitigation systems and controls.
  • Coordinate effectively with all entities of the two sites.
  • Develop, maintain, and review SLAs between CGHH and the entities for effective coordination.
  • Lead and manage the security budget and regularly update campus directors.

Physical Security Incidents and Investigation

  • Provide timely feedback on security incidents/issues.
  • Develop and improve incident and emergency response plans.
  • Support during security incidents and recovery, and follow up appropriately.
  • Propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence and oversee their implementation.
  • Investigate root causes and corrective actions in physical security incidents.

Compliance

  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with group and local regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to Group Minimum Standards and Risk Assessment approaches.
  • Follow up on audit action plans using group tools.

Training

  • Raise awareness of security risks and rules among employees.
  • Coordinate training with internal/external parties to enhance security awareness and compliance.
  • Assess and ensure staff training and adherence to security policies.

Contracted Service Providers

  • Manage security third-party contracts, ensuring they meet site needs.
  • Evaluate third-party quality and risks.
  • Work with vendors to monitor KPIs and SLAs.

Contact with Local Law Enforcement

  • Maintain effective contacts with law enforcement to understand the security environment.
  • Regularly communicate about risk levels.

Reporting & Project Management

  • Manage projects, develop plans, and monitor performance.
  • Track security budgets and define KPIs.
  • Document and communicate via reports, minutes, and presentations.
  • Create visibility using appropriate tools and reports.
  • Identify risks related to resources, costs, and deadlines.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs.
  • Manage resources and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Villars-sur-Glâne security manager for site alignment.
  • Lead security projects/initiatives, including guarding and technology.
  • Share best practices across sites.

ORIONS Project: Transversal Security Technology Projects

  • Act as the global project manager.
  • Establish effective communication among stakeholders.

Events Management

  • Lead physical security for events like HQ board meetings, Watches and Wonders, and Richemont AGM: risk analysis, planning, contract review, and on-site management.

Success Criteria

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in physical security.
  • University degree.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in large, complex environments.
  • Fluent in French; English is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with leadership qualities.
  • Autonomous and well-organized.
  • Diplomatic skills.
