Role Summary

As Professional Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing strategic projects that strengthen our global Key Opinion Leaders network.

You will be responsible for supporting initiatives focused on engaging the next generation of speakers and business leaders in implantology, with a focus on strengthening representation - particularly by increasing the visibility and involvement of female speakers in the industry.

This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Head of Global Professional Relations & Communities and involves close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, diplomatic, and results-oriented, with a passion for professional engagement and excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Global Professional Relations & Communities in managing and developing the global KOL network.
  • Coordinate professional relations projects aligned with business priorities, including those related to emerging speakers and leadership talent.
  • Promote inclusion by supporting initiatives to increase the number of underrepresented speakers.
  • Align closely with regional teams to ensure transparency and enable cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage and update the KOL Management Tool to maintain accurate and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders at HQ to identify educational and engagement opportunities for global speakers.
  • Provide speaker support for major international events, ensuring smooth onboarding and coordination.
  • Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve speaker-related activities and engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in professional relations, communications, or similar project management roles.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business environment; experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a strong asset.
  • Educational background in communications, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Well-structured, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable to change, agile in fast-paced environments, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Positive attitude with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
