As a Financial Business Partner for Corporate and Shared departments, your mission is to drive strategic financial planning and performance excellence. Collaborate with business leaders to craft long-term financial strategies and precise annual budgets, delivering actionable insights that propel business growth. Foster a trusted partnership, empowering data-driven decisions and continuous performance improvement.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
• Partnering with business units to develop long-term financial plans and annual budgets
• Analyze and communicate performance, providing actionable insights
• Drive corrective actions to enhance business performance
• Build trust and mutual understanding with business partners
• Enable data-driven decision-making through financial expertise
• Organize and lead financial meetings with key stakeholders

What we are looking for :

• Degree in economics, certification in CIMA / CMA is a plus
• Experienced in SAP S / 4 Hana, SAC and Excel
• Proven expertise in managing project controls and developing comprehensive business cases
• Skilfully manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Communication : You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
• Holistic thinking : You view situations as part of a larger system, understanding how changes affect the whole, and approach challenges from multiple angles while considering various options
• Proficient in English written and orally, good command in French and / or German is a plus
