IT Desk Site Support - System Analyst (m/w/d)

You are the first point of contact for employees regarding hardware and applications, providing support and troubleshooting IT issues.

Your tasks include:

  • Providing second-level end-user support for two sites and ensuring system availability within SLA targets.
  • Assisting with change control and infrastructure modifications to enhance functionality.
  • Managing user accounts and devices, including documentation of hardware, licenses, and equipment.
  • Supporting business departments with issue resolution and identifying potential improvements.
  • Ensuring data and system security, privacy compliance, and adherence to IT policies and standards such as PCI and SOX.
  • Collaborating with global IT teams and participating in worldwide IT rollouts.
  • Working closely with site leadership and management teams.
  • Participating in regional meetings daily.

Your profile:

  • Completed IT education (Diploma in Computer Science, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in end-user support or related fields).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and PC hardware.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Solution-oriented, flexible, and detail-focused work style.
  • Ability to work under stress, responsible, and with good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English; French skills are advantageous.
  • Experience in deploying, supporting, troubleshooting hardware issues, and teaching troubleshooting techniques for workstations, phones, mobile devices, printers, and multifunction devices.
