Full Stack Engineer (Blockchain)

At INACTA, we are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join a dynamic team for an exciting 12-month project with the possibility of extension. This role involves leading the development of an open-source wallet and driving the project to success through technical excellence and process optimization.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension.
• Languages: English required, German is a plus.
• Only submit profiles with blockchain experience and a valid EU passport or Swiss residency.

Requirements

• Lead the development and maintenance of an open-source wallet, ensuring seamless integration with multiple blockchains.
• Define and implement development tasks in collaboration with the product manager.
• Ensure high-quality code and the successful delivery of features within set deadlines.
• Take ownership of the architecture and technical direction of the project.
• Optimize development processes and introduce best practices for quality control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer support.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 8 years of experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record in leading technical projects.
• Expertise in TypeScript, Rust, and Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with modern frameworks and libraries like Svelte, Tailwind, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies and ability to work with non-mainstream blockchain solutions.
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure components, Linux, Docker, Git, and GitHub.
• Proficiency in functional and object-oriented programming paradigms.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to code user-facing frontends based on provided designs.
