Senior Analyst – Financial Planning and Analysis (FP and A) (d/f/m) 100 % This is what you move with us Are numbers your passion and precision your standard? Then become part of our Group Finance Team, supporting two of Switzerland’s most iconic luxury hotels: Kulm Hotel St. Moritz and Grand Hotel Kronenhof, Pontresina.

• Financial Analysis – Deliver sharp daily financial reports to help management track revenue, productivity, and key KPIs.
• Revenue Tracking – Monitor and analyze revenues across hotel, F&B, and rental operations, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Monthly Closings and Reporting – Play a central role in monthly closings, prepare insightful management reports, and support impactful presentations to the board.
• Strategic Insights – Provide fast, meaningful financial analyses that drive smart, data-backed decisions.
• System Innovation – Enhance finance processes through smart system upgrades and digital solutions.
  
  

This is a full-time onsite role based in St. Moritz, where your daily presence and proactive engagement will help shape the financial future of our prestigious hotels.

This is you

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, hospitality management, or a related field, paired with initial experience in finance and accounting—ideally in the hospitality or service sector.
• Fluent in English, with a solid command of German and/or Italian.
• Expert-level Excel skills are essential.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for digital tools and systems (such as Opera Cloud, Tcpos, Abacus, etc.).
• Structured and precise, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• A collaborative team player with a hands-on mentality and a drive to continuously improve processes.
