Currently, we are looking for a Construction Products (CPR) Department Manager for our office InterCert GmbH – Group of MTIC -, in Bonn, Germany.
Main Responsibilities
Delivering Construction Products CE Marking department management
To carry out the quotation, contract, processes review and compile certification decisions under the CE certification schemes
To review assessment reports and other relevant documents.
To support the Construction Products (CPR) Certification office members through the certification, surveillance and renewal processes.

Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
Monitor process to resolve issues
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree, or five-year degree, in engineering or technical-scientific disciplines or equivalent.
5 years of work experience in the field of quality or in the context of conformity assessment, consultancy or industrial production.
Excellent knowledge of the standards, documents and guidelines inherent in certification schemes and test laboratories
Excellent knowledge of certification processes according to Regulation CPR (Reg.305/11) and schemes
Excellent knowledge of the principles of the development techniques of a test method and of the quality controls necessary to demonstrate its validation
Excellent knowledge of the principles and methods of conducting activities relating to tests, verifications and measurements
Excellent knowledge of the principles of the procedures for reviewing the activities relating to tests, verifications and measurements
Excellent knowledge of the principles of audit procedures for activities relating to product certification and quality management system
Excellent knowledge of the principles of the methods of managing measuring instruments and calibration / calibration activities and techniques for determining measurement uncertainty
Good knowledge of the English language
Good knowledge of the regulatory and regulatory framework of the sector
Adequate knowledge of disciplinary fields related to the sector and the activities carried out by the company (interdisciplinary knowledge)
