Job Description:

The incumbent supervises the production team leaders on site. Based on continuous improvement, they develop and maintain a High Performance Organization within production teams, founded on operational excellence, ensuring smooth production operations in compliance with EHS/PSM and Quality requirements, and meeting customer expectations.

Main Activities:

Operational Excellence

• Leads deployment of Zero Harm culture and tools, 5S approach, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Participates in various site initiatives related to operational excellence (technical, organizational, standardization, skills development, soft skills).

Resource Management

• With the support of team leaders, optimally allocates operators across production lines to meet customer demand.
• Ensures proper application of team rotation schedules in compliance with laws and regulations.

Skills Development and Management

• Establishes and monitors development/performance plans for team leaders and production operators.
• Defines and implements training plans for team leaders and operators.
• Develops and maintains succession plans for team leaders and operators.
• Participates in recruitment of team leaders, assistant team leaders, and operators.

Leadership

• Ensures effective communication within teams.
• Ensures compliance with rules and manages production staff schedules.
• Reports on performance indicators (KPIs & KLI).

Desired Profile:

• CFC in technologist or equivalent, with confirmed experience in industrial production; federal mastery, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent training is a plus.
• Validated skills in planning and managing large teams.
• Strong affinity for operations and on-site presence.
• Proficiency in IT tools, especially advanced Excel and SAP.
• Leadership, drive for continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• High adaptability and productivity in multitask environments.
• Coaching and persuasion skills.
