About the Role

As a Relationship Manager, your main responsibilities include:

• Acquiring, advising, and managing high-net-worth private clients from Southeast Asia.
• Expanding business through market development, business trips, and leveraging your existing network.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
• Providing tailored solutions and services through comprehensive consulting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management in Asia, preferably in Switzerland.
• University degree (Bachelor/Master) or relevant professional certifications.
• Positive, proactive, and client-focused personality with strong acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in German and English; proficiency in an Asian language is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain close relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• High integrity, discretion, and ethical standards.
• Service-oriented and enthusiastic with a strong customer focus.
• Deep knowledge of various asset classes and financial instruments.
