About the Role

The Corporate Finance Advisory Team provides clients with financial and strategic advice in M&A transactions.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Work with senior client staff on demanding projects, including developing financial models, preparing information memoranda, and managing client communication.
• Enhance your deal execution skills, including project management, financial analysis, and transaction documentation.
• Participate in landmark transactions in the Swiss market, advising financial institutions on buy- and sell-side deals.
• Be part of a global network of M&A specialists in a professional, diverse, and engaging environment.
• Develop your network and work autonomously under supervision.

Who We Are Looking For

• An open, curious individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with international experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally 2-4 years of experience in M&A execution and origination, gained at an investment bank, consultancy, private equity, or Big4 firm, preferably with knowledge of the Swiss or international financial sector.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
