Responsibilities

1. You develop concepts and participate in feasibility studies to meet technical requirements
2. You perform and take ownership of specific software development tasks, ensuring reviews using checklists and templates
3. You lead work package definition, estimation, and planning, and enhance or document SW unit specifications and designs
4. You review designs and contribute to the SW architecture, defining quality attributes and staying updated with technology trends
5. You conduct root-cause analysis of complex issues and provide bug fixes for post-market software releases
6. You ensure compliance with processes, propose improvements, and stay informed about regulatory and market standards

Profile

1. University education in a software related field such as software or electrical engineering Industry experience
2. Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on Rust development
3. Solid understanding of Rust's core concepts, including ownership, borrowing, and lifetimes
4. Experience with C++, Linux, and Linux Dockers
5. Basic scripting and RabbitMQ knowledge would be an advantage
6. Experience with CAN bus
7. Fluent in English and German is advantageous
