The Successful Candidate Will Have :
A commercial qualification (or equivalent) and an HRSE certification as an HR Assistant.
Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and best practices in HR administration – you’re a true professional.
Proficiency in German (C2) and fluency in English (C1) – ensuring our international team is always well informed.
Strong affinity for digital tools and HR software (experience with Abacus is a plus), and advanced Excel skills.
A structured, detail-oriented working style and a strong service mindset.
The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm and focused in a dynamic environment.
A positive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to communicate complex matters clearly.
