Founding Head of Sales/BD - EU transport & logistics

We’re building the future of sustainable freight. We're on a mission to cut fuel costs, emissions, and eliminate engine idling by retrofitting solar-powered battery systems on the EU's heavy-duty fleet.
We’ve validated the tech, built cost models, and are moving toward deployment. We're looking for a founding Head of Sales to drive industry adoption among trucking and logistics companies in the EU.
The Role:
You will bridge the gap between our product and the EU's fleet of long-haul trucking operators. You’ll own our go-to-market strategy, from initial outreach to signed contracts, while also working closely with the founders (ex-commodities, ex-logistics, ex-IT) and early partners as we move towards scalable production.
This is a ground-floor role that's ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is fluent in logistics, and knows how to earn the trust of conservative, cost-conscious operators.
