Associate Enrollment Investment Funds

Aufgaben

1. Responsible to FINMA for the registration of investment funds and representative of foreign investment funds in Switzerland.
2. Analysing and evaluating processes of distribution and regulatory issues of investment funds in the cross-border area.
3. Ensuring compliance with licenses for Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, Ireland, etc.
4. Updating country-specific compliance lists as well as fund documentation, investor information, financial reports, regulatory reporting, etc.
5. Point of contact for internal stakeholders or investors or fund managers for regulatory questions regarding onboarding of fund manager, KYC/AML, tax compliance, due diligence of funds, etc.
6. Support of the specialist teams in contract management and preparation of regulatory reports.
7. Maintenance of fund documents, contracts, minutes or preparation of general meetings, etc.
8. Situational ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

1. Bachelor in Business Law or Paralegal.
2. Experience in a similar generalist function in connection with funds and or distribution.
3. Generalist knowledge of fund contracts and compliance (KYC/AML, Cross Border, UCITS, etc.).
4. Dynamic all-rounder personality with organizational talent and enjoyment of independent, results-oriented work.
5. High level of professionalism towards internal and external stakeholders.
6. Eloquent communication skills and pleasant manners.
7. IT flair and MS Office skills.
8. Fluent in German and English.
