In this position, you’ll support the International Buying Team in optimizing cost and margin across multiple European markets through tenders and international negotiations. Your responsibilities include supporting the administration and operational execution of international tenders, such as tender preparation, data compilation, supplier sourcing, contract management, meeting organization, and product sample coordination.
This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
A Typical Day In This Role Includes
- Supporting buyers in Zurich and interacting with European business units and suppliers.
- Supporting tender processes from supplier sourcing, NDA and T&Cs signing, to tender document preparation, contract signing, and reporting.
- Coordinating communication across the Group, supporting meetings and conference calls.
- Handling administration duties such as contract filing and product sample coordination.
- Regularly reviewing status with the Buying Team to adjust priorities.
- Occasional short trips to international meetings approximately 3 times a year, each lasting about 3 days.

What You’ll Need
- Some solid experience as a Team Assistant.
- A university degree or equivalent with a commercial background.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and numerical affinity.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as German and Dutch are highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools like Canva is a plus.
- Leadership experience to build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- A positive attitude and high energy.
