  • Lead APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plan for Industrial Quality requirements (Q09 to Q13 items)
  • Ensure regular Process FMEA, Adapted Control Plan & Quality Control Plan updates to improve Zero Defect objectives, especially for Special Processes
  • Perform analysis at site level to improve Industrial Quality Performance
  • Escalate main anomalies detected on production lines at site level & ensure effective treatment using Problem Solving tools

  • Special Process Qualification minimum at Level 1 according to Quality Academy criteria
  • Knowledge of quality processes in an industrial environment
  • Management experience

Join us on a lifelong transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring routines
  • Work with security standards for the railway industry
  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Progress towards roles like Quality Manager, Methods Engineer, or Project Manager
  • Receive a fair, dynamic reward package recognizing your performance and potential, plus comprehensive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
