Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a key role in our growing start-up. You will be responsible for the operational execution of our vision, optimizing processes, and ensuring a perfect balance between technological innovation and user-friendliness. Working closely with the founding team, you will help drive our company to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable, efficient, and user-focused business processes.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to realize our strategic goals.
• Lead technological development with a strong emphasis on user experience.
• Build and manage a high-performing team across product, production, and customer service.
• Identify new market opportunities and trends in the oral care industry.
• Support business scaling through process automation and efficiency improvements.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience with dealing with global suppliers (China)
• experience working at Start up companies
• Innovator & entrepreneur mindset
• MUST come from Oral care industry
• Extensive understanding of technical development as well as commercial aspect
