Your responsibilities

1. Application Ownership for various customer-facing and/or corporate applications
2. Ensure correct functioning, availability, and performance of business applications including Incident and Problem Management
3. Support sustainable implementation of functional and non-functional requirements including Test, Defect, and Change Management
4. Coordinate and facilitate external developers
5. Ensure adequate and well-structured documentation
6. Support the team in adopting agile best practices, implementing agile ceremonies, and fostering a high degree of self-organization
7. Track and manage impediments, keeping the KANBAN board updated

Your profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent/higher degree
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in development and/or application management roles
3. Experience with vendor management, particularly setting and managing delivery expectations, plans, testing, etc.
4. Experience as (part-time) Scrum Master
5. Proven experience in Agile principles, coding standards, industry best practices, and PowerShell
6. Proven experience working with Azure Platform, DevOps (preferably Azure DevOps), .NET development (preferably C#), SQL (preferably T-SQL), REST API, and Web Applications
7. Excellent English (minimum C1) and good German (B1) language skills
8. Strong analytical capabilities, solution-oriented, customer-focused, confident, and self-organized
9. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
10. Strong interest in helping the team adopt a culture of continuous improvement and self-management
