Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Technical Solutions Consultant (m/w/d) to join our client's IT team in Zurich.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex migration processes (from Merchant API to new Product). You will play a key role in conducting implementation reviews, advocating for new product features, educating partners, and ensuring the prompt resolution of technical challenges.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support for Merchant API migration to top-priority customers.
  2. Deliver high-touch technical support to strategic clients, facilitating migration from Content API for Shopping to Merchant API for large partners, via proactive outreach and reactive support (emails, meetings).
  3. Conduct implementation reviews, promote new product features, educate partners, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  4. Design support solutions for complex customer challenges and identify reusable patterns.
  5. Manage relationships with a portfolio of partners, including internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with Business Development, Product Managers, and Partner Operations Managers to enhance client integrations and improve processes.
  7. Improve documentation to scale support and reduce costs.
  8. Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product features.
  9. Leverage data and technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  10. Analyze metrics to track progress and identify improvement areas.
  11. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and community efforts.

Your profile:

  1. BA/BS degree in software engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  2. 5-10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with roles such as Technical Pre-sales Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, or Partner Integration Manager being advantageous.
  3. Experience with complex migrations, project management, documentation, and migration planning.
  4. Strong troubleshooting skills in web technologies (HTTP(S), (S)FTP, REST APIs), scripting (Bash, Python), SQL, and data coding.
  5. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, especially Content API for Shopping and Merchant API, with experience in API integration and debugging.
  6. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Proven ability to provide high-touch support to large clients, with proactive and reactive problem-solving skills.
  8. Experience in customer-facing roles via various communication channels.
  9. Experience in technical reviews and providing constructive feedback on partner implementations.
  10. Desire to stay updated on e-commerce and API technologies.
  11. Proficiency in SQL and understanding of e-commerce and online advertising.
  12. Fluent in English; German, Spanish, or French is a plus.
