Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamicChief Sales Officer (CSO)to lead global sales efforts and drive adoption of the $SRC Ecosystem amongSMEs, exporters, importers, and traders, while simultaneously attractinginstitutional lendersfrom bothtraditional trade finance and the crypto/Web3 market. This role is key to driving platform growth, partnerships, and transactional volume.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a global sales strategy aligned with $SRC's mission and expansion goals.
- Lead and build a high-performance sales team focused on B2B onboarding and institutional partnerships.
- User Acquisition & Onboarding
- Oversee the acquisition and onboarding ofSMEs, exporters, importers, and traders, guiding them through digital trade creation, tokenized finance access, and platform services.
- Drive outreach campaigns, partner activations, and workshops in key global trade hubs.
- Institutional & Lender Engagement
- Identify, negotiate, and onboardinstitutional lenders(banks, NBFIs, DeFi protocols, crypto funds) into the ecosystem.
- Build bridges between traditional trade finance actors and the Web3 community through education and co-creation.
- Partnership & Ecosystem Development
- Collaborate with chambers of commerce, export promotion agencies, and trade associations.
- Forge strategic alliances with liquidity providers, exchanges, credit insurers, and data providers.
- Revenue & KPI Accountability
- Own revenue generation, user growth metrics, and liquidity onboarding KPIs.
- Report regularly on sales pipeline, growth forecasts, and user activity.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to enhance user journeys, brand visibility, and platform utility.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating market needs into actionable insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile:- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within trade finance, fintech, blockchain, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of onboardingSMEs and institutional clientsat scale.
- Deep understanding of global trade, export-import operations, and financial instruments.
- Knowledge of RWA tokenization, blockchain, and DeFi lending protocols is a strong plus.
- Strong network across both traditional finance (banks, DFIs) and crypto (VCs, DAOs, funds).
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Passion for innovation in trade, finance, and emerging markets.
