Serve as the spokesperson for Skyguide, leading a small team
Own and lead the Crisis Communications process
Represent Media Relations internally towards senior management and within the Communications Team
Organize proactive media relations in Switzerland and neighboring countries as appropriate
Act as a project owner, manager, or participant in various company projects
Analyze customer needs and respond to Air Traffic Management related requests from customers, partners, and the public
Ensure key messaging on topics of public interest is documented and up-to-date; act as the interface between major aviation partners and customers (airlines, airports, government, others) to coordinate Public Relations efforts
Train internal spokespeople
As a senior member of the Communications Leadership team, contribute to the department's strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
Degree in communication, economics, or business administration
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Media relations
Profound knowledge of Air Traffic Management processes is preferred
Fluent in German, French, and English, both written and spoken
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; team-oriented
