Material Planning Analyst with German (for spouts)

Key Responsibilities

• Production planning of assigned products and ensuring product availability (plausibility check, delete implausible planning orders, postpone or advance productions, searching for switches, check and verify long planning horizon)
• Forecast analysis and conversion into production planning
• Definition of production order lot sizes
• Monitoring and steering of safety stocks
• Transport organization with service provider (maintain direct contact with the forwarders)
• Creation of shipping documents (Certificates of Conformity, Certificates of Origin, etc.)
• Order processing in SAP (assigns the order to the right plant based on geographical location and/or other criteria already existing in SAP)
• Improving existing BI Tools & creating dashboards with existing tools (Power BI, Excel, Qlik Sense, etc.)

Skills, Experience & Education

• 1-2 years of experience in Order Management, practical experience in production planning, logistics, dispatch
• Advanced level of English and at least a medium level of German
• Advanced level of MS Office knowledge
• Ability to apply an organized, methodical, and consistent approach
• SAP knowledge is a plus
