Private Banking Executive

Join us as a Private Banking Executive and support the Private Banker in acquiring, servicing, and retaining clients. Your role will involve creating enduring, deep, and trusted relationships with clients and providing exceptional service. You will be the main point of contact for all day-to-day matters across products and services, ensuring administrative tasks are completed to enable the business to meet its targets and goals.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience in a client-facing role
• Good knowledge of banking and operational procedures, lending, collateral requirements, markets, and regulatory awareness
• This role does not involve providing advice but includes giving factual information during client interactions
• Preparation of client letters and documentation for Private Bankers, who will review and sign off on these documents
• Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desirable:

• Understanding of the Bank’s products and services within the Barclays Group
• Investment, fiduciary, and banking product knowledge
• Degree qualification

The role may involve assessing key skills such as risk management, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technological skills.

This role is based in Geneva.

Purpose of the role:

Assist relationship managers in managing client portfolios effectively and enhancing the client experience.

Accountabilities:

• Maintain client information, manage contracts, prepare reports and presentations
• Coordinate schedules for relationship managers and clients
• Process transactions, manage expense reports, and routine requests
• Gather market trend information to support informed advice
• Analyze client data and prepare performance reports
• Manage communication channels with clients
• Support planning and execution of client projects
• Assist clients with banking transactions and updating personal information
• Guide new customers through account setup and online access
• Resolve client concerns and ensure data confidentiality
