You won't be creating presentations to gain buy-in for a product you don't control. Instead, you'll focus on developing insights, making strategic product decisions, conducting small experiments, and refining your understanding until the outcome is achieved. What You Will Be Doing

• Develop Brain Lifts: Craft a dynamic and structured collection of expert insights that enhance AI tools, guide decision-making, and demonstrate your deep understanding of the domain.
• Execute Product Iterations: Implement small, data-driven product improvements on a weekly basis to guide the product towards achieving a measurable outcome.
  
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Managing roadmaps or deciding "what to build"
• Crafting lengthy PRDs, managing backlogs, or detailing every screen or edge case
• Constructing technical solutions or software architecture
  
  

Principal Product Manager Key Responsibilities

• Drive product outcomes to fruition and substantiate them with data
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in a product leadership role where you shaped the product vision and owned the core problem-solution hypothesis
• Proven experience in successfully launching at least one product that reached real users, with demonstrated learning based on usage data or outcomes
• Passion for integrating AI into your daily tasks (e.g., research, analysis, synthesis, or strategy)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
