Construction Project Manager - Structural Work, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute small to medium-sized renovation projects with quality assurance.
2. Maintain and advise on customer relationships.
3. Conduct building condition analyses of existing properties.
4. Provide competent advice to property managers on technical and budget issues.
5. Manage scheduling, monitoring, cost calculation, and control.

Requirements

1. Basic technical education in construction, with further training as a construction technician HF, architect FH, or civil engineer FH (m/f/d).
2. Several years of experience as a project manager in renovation projects.
3. Are you well-organized, committed, and goal-oriented?
