Our client is an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a certified IT audit professional (m, f, d) as Lead IT Auditor

Responsibilities

• Leading international projects and end-to-end delivery of audit engagements
• Establishing the audit approach and procedures for efficient findings
• Providing audit results, writing conclusions, and reporting findings to the Head of IT Audit
• Offering insights to Senior Management
• Advising line managers on optimized actions post-audit
• Transforming working methods to be more agile with faster processes and decisions
• Identifying trends and patterns in audit results, suggesting automation and industrialization
• Sharing audit experience on an IT platform
• Coaching and reviewing colleagues' work
• Contributing to a learning environment within the Group’s Internal Audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT or engineering
• Beneficial certifications: CISA or CISM
• Experience in IT audit fields such as processes, frameworks, compliance, or risk management
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of audit standards, internal controls, and compliance testing
• Understanding of industry trends, regulations, and IT governance
• Structured working approach and project leadership skills
• Coaching ability and high-quality standards
• Curious, service-oriented, and flexible personality
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, fluent in English and German (C2/1)
