Responsibilities

1. Design, build, operate, and continuously improve infrastructure platforms, including centralized storage and SAN.
2. Ensure infrastructure security, updates, and online availability.
3. Develop internal tooling and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.
4. Promote infrastructure software development practices and DevOps culture.
5. Mentor and advise other domain experts and teams within the organization.
6. Participate in on-call duties in rotation with team members.

Profile

1. Engineering or university degree.
2. Strong knowledge of architecture topics such as integration, security, and storage technologies (Kubernetes, Ceph, Cinder).
3. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (Python, Java, Go, Bash, PowerShell).
4. Experience with infrastructure management tools (monitoring, observability, logging, configuration management).
5. Curious, helpful, and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
6. Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
7. Proactive approach to prevent issues.
8. Fluent in French and English.
9. Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
