Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
Organise national and international travel logistics
Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documents
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations
At least 3 years of experience in a Personal or Executive Assistant role
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Discreet, service-oriented, and proactive
Able to work autonomously and manage shifting priorities
6-month temporary contract (September 2025 to February 2026)
80% working schedule (8:45-17:45) : friday off
