STORE MANAGER (h/f)

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team towards success.
• Ensure excellent customer service with your team.
• Achieve sales targets, manage payroll, inventory, and shrinkage rates.
• Implement omni-channel strategies in your store.
• Ensure safety measures are followed.
• Manage merchandise and maintain a clean, visually appealing store according to internal guidelines.
• Attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Motivate your team and act as a driving force.

Qualifications

• Basic commercial training in retail.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in youth fashion.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals and key figures.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of fashion, creativity, and customer-focused sales skills.
• Ability to stay calm and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
